there are some nice people to work alongside and you at least get some money every 2 weeks.

Cons

zero communication, inadequate training, no room for career advancement, experience not valued, one of the owners talks about politics too much.

- Lots of great work with leaders in the engineering industry - Small Community -Supports Local Charity - Staff (Not management) is super easy to get along with -Lots of work socials -Weekly Lunch and Learns

Cons

-Unreliable pay structure -Toxic work environment created by upper management -Underpaid stressful jobs with no reliability on biweekly pays -Employees are treated as a disposable. They are recycled quite often. -Lots of internally established Ethical guidelines that the upper management doesn't abide by -Upper management thinks that fairness in terms of payment structure is "Juvenile"
