Pros

Great team, flexible working time.

Cons

Issues will retaining staff, new staff obtained are being paid more than existing staff with +1 year experience in the role. Management seem reluctant to increase anyones pay to keep them in the job which is causing stress for the remaining staff as they are having to pick up the work load. Lack of opportunity to advance in the job. Seems there is also one rule for one person and another for others. Also toliets can be disgusting..
