Exciting company to work for with plenty of employee benefits that would seem odd to other companies. Exponential company growth so jobs are safe with lots of opportunities to progress. Flexi-time and 1 hour lunch breaks. There is no micromanagement and employees are trusted to be professional and strategic in their daily planning. Basic pay is good and office environment is vibrant, friendly, and motivated.
