Pros

The company has supported me in my growth in my own career and helped me develop expertise. The vision for the company is strong and motivating, since it helps a variety of industries and product developers. There are a lot of intelligent and skilled people who work here who I have learned from. The culture is another asset: mostly everyone is helpful and genuinely interested in helping you with a question or problem you are trying to solve, and historically the work life balance has been an A: 40 hours a week is perfectly fine. Benefits are solid as well.

Cons

A large project became a priority across many departments, and could have used better project management, since this had significant scope creep, which correspondingly lead to a deterioration of work-life balance and some burn-out not seen before. The hope is that the culture returns to what it used to be.
