      Provalus is a GREAT start for any person interested in getting into the IT field. No required experience. Just the will to listen and learn. Family focused environment. Management always has an understanding of personal needs. Fun and relaxed place to work.

      Pros

      Provalus truly cares about career advancement, moral in the workplace, giving credit when credit is due and making sure you feel like family.. not an employee. If you work hard and do your work, you will continue to grow. If you work hard and stay organized, you can get your work completed by 5:00. You allow a work / life balance with your decisions and organizational skills during the day.

      Gets your foot in the door for other opportunities Will pay for you to get certifications Wonderful people to work with Decent benefits when paying only for yourself

      Cons

      Time off policy is terrible. Only 5 days/40 hours off per year no matter what for help desk analysts Pay is half or less than half of what you normally get working the same job somewhere else, even for entry level positions Family insurance premiums are really high No real opportunity for advancement
