Family environment, amazing people, awesome covid guidelines, I honestly feel really safe here. Boot camp curriculum has changed and it prepared me so well for the job !

Cons

Boot camp isn't paid, but they do let you know before hand. If you stick with it , you will not regret not being paid.

Provalus truly cares for its employees and the communities they are in, I have see many companies say they give back to the community and this means writing a check. Provalus is a part of the community. They actively participate and support each community on top of providing monetary support . You see management at various events supporting the community in their free time. Provalus also provides its workers with growth opportunity where there was none. Its funny the one or two bad reviews I see about this company are people who got fired, and boy that's hard because if you come to work on time, do your job then you have nothing to worry about. Its that simple. Provalus won't give up on you, they will help you grow.
