Decent benefits and pay for the area except time off.

Pay level for the area is decent. Insurance is decent.

Cons

Limited IT opportunities, mostly CX roles, limited growth outside of promotions, upper level positions are fairly static. Slow accumulation of PTO. When new benefits arrive you won't necessarily be included.

Paid training, provides great entry-level opportunities that are extremely difficult to find. Moreover, they're bringing these opportunities to rural areas that are in dire need of them.

Cons

They do push you out of your comfort zone, and training is fast-paced.
