The pay is rather normal to low as other employeers in the area pay more. Your whole job truly depends on what team you end up on after training and the training is very surface level and doesn't quite prepare you for dealing with customers and the rush of constantly getting calls back to back. The team I ended up on was one of the newest teams and was very demanding mentally as the customers (employees of the company) were rather rude and very demanding and non-understanding that we were remote. During training we were told we would be making $10/hr however after training some of my co-workers were put on a team that made $9/hr. No one told us about this and overall many of my co-workers and I were rather upset. To be quite honest, the overall work environment is rather high-school esque as many of the mangement are rather childish and will talk about your mistakes to other shifts than tell you if you did something wrong. Some teams are 24/7 or rather have night shifts and the night shift is not paid more as oppossed to other employers in the area.
