Pros
One of the defining values of the current site manager is a sincere interest in developing people's skillsets and advancing career opportunity. Provalus mainly deals with entry level IT positions, including data entry or help desk first contact, however the culture is really encouraging of advancing above and beyond those entry level positions.
Cons
Because Provalus is a company that provides contractor services, your job security relies on Provalus' client retention. If the company loses a client, the majority of the employees tied to that contract will be let go. A few employees may be moved to other teams, but they would be exceptions, and not the norm. I believe this is mostly to be expected at companies like this.
