      GREAT COMPANY WITH LONG TERM EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS

      Pros

      I have been with our company for over 14 years, I believe that speaks for its self! I would never work for a company that I did not believe in or was unhappy working in. Our company is a family run company which makes it very personable. Not only for the employees but for our customers in which we value very much! We will always try to resolve any issue to make our customers happy! Pertaining to the employees there is always an open door policy with management in which they listen , take everything into consideration and they always come up with a resolution. Perks are given to the employees, outings, company vehicles, 401k's BBQ's etc. I truly believe this is a great company and I am proud to be part of it.

      Pros

      Great work hours. The company events are always a blast! The IT events our individual department throws are fun. I cannot speak on the CEO because I have not seen him or spoken to him before but the VP and COO are amazing people. Company that cares about charities.

      Cons

      Salaries/raises are poor for IT within the network tech department. Reviews are not performed within a timely manner. Toxic direct leadership within the department. Favoritism. Micromanagement.

      Great office environment Family oriented Close knit group A lot of room for advancement as we are growing Upper Management is always in the office and very open to have conversations Great team building/networking events as a company

      Some leadership in wrong position Still have a "small business" attitude Lack of communication between departments Not much accountability Reviews aren't constructive or timely
