“I’m the leader! Can someone tell me what’s going on? “

Pros

You can get a good laugh at watching an unqualified HR “vp” struggle to find the most noncommittal answers and pass any decision making off to someone else.

Cons

Service director seems to enjoy seeing how much of a low ball offer he can get away with. You get promised raises when you make all your metrics but they find excuse after excuse on why they need to delay your annual review.

Cons

They have these company parties or outings where they underpay people trying to use these events as leverage. There is no community with this company unless you are one of management's favorites.
