Some of the coworkers are nice and fun On the surface it looks like a great place

Cons

Nepotism and cronyism mean that there's no safe place to turn including HR. Leaders are fickle and disconnected from employees. Changes happen with no notice. The goal post always moves and so does your job security unless you are friend or family. There are too many companies hiring to waste your time here. Read the reviews and stay away.

Pretty good insurance and retirement plan

Cons

Pay isn't very competitive. Annual reviews are usually late. When review finally does happen the scale increase is minimal
