Pros

I am able to do my job with out upper management constantly looking over my shoulder. I am able to plan my own day as best works for me. Any issues that are brought to my manager are handled non judgmentally and usually reconciled quickly. Usage of a very nice company vehicle for business and occasional personal use is a very big perk!

Cons

Long days that sometimes feel very repetitive.
