The only way to move up is to be buddy buddy with upper management. The review process for raises can take up to a year for you to get an inconclusive answer. If anything is promised to you if it isn't in writing consider it not existent. The company is growing but the structural foundation has become extremely flimsy. There is very little organization even down to the accurate display of vacation time in Paylocity. No real continuing education system has been implemented either. The will ask you to obtain extra certifications but will only provide you one resource. The rest will be on your own. Best advice gain your experience and GET OUT!

Promise you a company car after year and do not deliver on this promise instead they choose to give it to employees they favor and stay in the office vs the ones that actually go in to the field and run up our mileage. They dont give you the annual review or raise worked there and didnt get a review or raise for 3 consecutive years in a row. They dont acknowledge the work that the techs do instead they acknowledge once again by favoritism. Felt like I couldnt communicate to HR or my manage without feeling like I was the problem they instead made my issues feel like it was related to me. Lack of minorities in positions of power instead minorities are made to feel like they have no voice
