Nepotism, terrible communication, poor management and planning, unpredictable schedule/work conditions, and very little opportunity for growth/advancement.

Director of marketing is a huge creep. Unprofessional environment in the office and outside of office at events. VP of sales constantly talking about firing certain operational staff.

Proven takes all allegations of inappropriate or unprofessional activities brought to its attention very seriously. Although no claim or information had been previously made known to Proven's HR team, an investigation was initiated due to this post. Because of privacy issues, no additional information will be released.

They have good health benefits and have adopted unlimited PTO, but will still need a manager approval.

Cons

They have these company parties or outings where they underpay people trying to use these events as leverage. There is no community with this company unless you are one of management's favorites.
