Okay Company, Terrible Management

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote work, education opportunities, decent benefits and pay

Cons

Worst management ever. I’ve never worked for a more horrible supervisor in my life and I had some wild jobs in my youth. Passive aggressiveness abounds and lots of assumptions made without any basis in fact. Micromanaging while simultaneously never available to employees under them. At one point, made incredibly ableist comments and it just goes unchecked. It’s also a highly religious organization and will talk about religion frequently but the leadership doesn’t actually embody their mission values.

Pros

Not much. Benefits aren’t that great and RX coverage does not cover drugs we need. Imagine your medications needed to function not on formulary.

Cons

Unrealistic coding expectations since new leadership took over. Emphasis on quantity over quality,
