Pros

Some great nurses to work with, however management is not professional, they do not say what they mean and are very manipulative. They promise things, but do not deliver. They say what sounds good but have no intention of following through.

Cons

Management is a mess, and not very professional. Worst run practice, back stabbing management. Would not recommend for a caring type nurses.
