Pros

No positives for this workplace. Absolutely none.

Cons

Awful work/life balance Not enough compensation Awful health insurance and benefits (only contribute 1.5% to 401k and make you use PTO for holidays that are forced off). No respect for nurses No protections for nurses Constantly talk about money and RNs needing to prove they are needed in outpatient settings. Job security not there.

Pros

Great training program for new nurses. Can be confusing if you have management that is ambivalent about training new nurses. However residency is lengthy.

Cons

Company is going through quite some issues regarding payroll. There is a culture of seniority that can be fare but also allow people to stay who shouldn't. Small hospitals if you are not a local can be difficult to integrate into so tread carefully
