Pros

Free parking at Renton. Respectful organization. Health and PTO Benefits ok pretty standard. Cubicle life. Cafeteria on-site. Flexible work schedule. Laptops standard.

Cons

HR department are useless especially the assigned HR strategic partner to your department. Recruiters are pretty fair. Too top heavy and good old boys club. Really depends on which department you work in as to what conditions are good or bad.

Pros

Mission based approach to work is refreshing compared to other companies Wonderful caring people Location of main office in downtown Renton is nice

Cons

HR leadership can't get out of their own way to allow work to progress Overly political -- the work it takes to get all aligned is unreasonable and slows the pace of work PTO includes holiday accrual which they aren't transparent about when you start

Pros

Easy to get time off when needed.

Cons

Always a lot of drama and finger pointing goes on. They do not value their employees which leads to a lot of turn around with staff.
