Pros

There are some wonderful people working at Providence. Scheduling is flexible.

Cons

Despite all of the wonderful people there are some bad ones in the bunch. Budget cuts are affecting things on the floor. Instead of offering incentive bonuses to bring RNs in like they have in the past, they have stopped doing that and will float RNs despite being short, leaving you without resource nurses. You may not get all of your breaks.
