Pros

Competitive benefits and wages, although losing market edge in recent years. Good mission and vision of helping those in need.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with employees and seems to be in their positions according to who they know. Staff are untrusting and unwelcoming initially due to high turnover rates. The worst "orientation" I've ever seen. People have been certified for months and are left ignored with no tickets or deployments on our team, while others are completely over worked and outing in more than 60 hours a week.

Pros

Very nice company in terms of benefits and the people. It is growing and has a lot of good opportunities.

Cons

Extremely slow to make decisions. Middle to lower management seems bound by rules and regulations that render them ineffective.
