Pros

A quick job that I needed in a pinch PTO accrued quickly

Cons

Overworked, They treat everyone the same as their nurses, Look up any news article about the strikes and you'll get a good picture of that. Makes you sign some weird religious contract that's not enforceable. Got in trouble for saying "Damn" on a phone call. Management would spend more energy avoiding conversations with employees than they would ever spend doing what would seem to be their job.

Pros

Somehow, they manage to stay a little better employment option in the region during this downward spiral to utter desolation.

Cons

Constant outsourcing. Hiring freeze. Cutting health insurance. Outsourcing their own health insurance to a garbage provider that denies claims for basic medications. Refusing to do critical upgrades and maintenance. Refusing to remodel mother baby units. Constant internal propaganda.
