Pros

A cafeteria on site with so so food

Cons

Employees gossip more than junior high kids. Employees slack off, no responsibility, no accountability, nurses and doctors are rude and negative. Leadership....well there is no leadership. Slackers who work from home becasue...well there is no reason to work remotely. Stupid masking rules...TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC environment.

Pros

Was a great place to work at one time. Decent pay, good benefits.

Cons

The hospital is run by a CEO that runs a good ol boys club. If you don’t suck up and you’re not one of his club members, he will make life miserable until he fires you without cause. There are no Values being practiced. Everyone is on pins and needles but won’t share that with him out of fear. Toxic and unhealthy environment.

Pros

Pros: Some coworkers are great

Cons

Cons: poor leadership, they try to guilt you into doing more for free, salary not inline with the cost of living in the area and duties, no employee advocacy, a lot of back biting and favoritism
