      Ability to switch units or positions after 6 months. Room for growth if you are willing to sell your soul.

      Cons

      Poor and inconsistent training, conflicting information depending on who you’re answering to that day, high turnover rate, and after April 11th it’s going to be so much worse. Once everyone receives their back pay, they’re going going to be mass exodus of fed up car staff and and its 100% the company’s failure. I
