Pros

Benefits are great, and well-priced for employee and family. Shifts are reasonable, and usually able to pick up OT or extra shifts when needed

Cons

Communication breakdown between management and staff. Very strict attendance policy. Unable to clock in even 1 MINUTE late. If you clock in more than 1 minute late a handful of times, you are reprimanded. Parking can be tricky

Pros

Interdisciplinary approach, good salaries and benefits, strong ethics and values for patient safety and care within immediate team.

Cons

Poor management, untrained managers, became too focused on corporate goals and money and patient care suffered.

Pros

Great benefits, overall good company. They are reassessing the production standard, and hopefully will come up with a reasonable outcome. If so, I would give Providence a 5-star rating!

Cons

Current Problems with recently (1 year) implemented production standards are creating widespread morale issues within the coding department.>
