Pros

Executive Time Off Program - don't accrue PTO, just take time off when you need it

Cons

Lack of sophistication, personally and professionally. Very much a working class organization. Many of the executives don't have formal education. They just to the top through seniority. In fact, the non-clinical areas of the organization are very much run like a union where seniority is golden. Try competing with someone who has been with the organization for 30 years.

Cons

Poor management hired young manager with no experience to manage clinic full of professionals brought in her friends all in early 20s, targeted employees they didn't want around
