      Pros

      Some of the nurses and doctors were helpful with teaching.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible training, abusive patients, lack of support from management. The nurses have a union to stand up for them, the techs do not. Techs are incredibly underpaid. There is a very high turnover in this position.
