Pros

The health insurance was good but it’s been discontinued

Cons

Chronic short staffing across PT, RN, intake, SLP, and MSW Chronic absent or poor leadership Pay is low for this market Leadership does not learn from mistakes and continues to drive staff away with unrealistic work expectations, poor clinical support, and treating the staff who treat patients poorly without demonstrating professionalism. Patient care is nearly absent due to such poor staffing to the point you are concerned when patients are admitted because the agency does not have staff to meet even a low level of their healthcare needs. Even with a 15K sign on bonus for PTs they can’t hire anyone. Even with a 5K referral bonus nobody is biting. Very high reliance on travelers now.
