Pros

They have a tuition reinbursement program and as a student, I found that to be especially helpful. Though, it only covers $2000, so if you went to a university like I did, it won't cover everything, but that is still a free $2000.

Cons

In my department, the management is outsourced from a different company. I'm not entirely sure if this is the case across the board, but it does put a damper on internal development, ie: "moving up the ladder".

Pros

The personality of the majority of the employees.

Cons

There is pretty much to much to list, insurance benefits, pay, not treated equally, some employees asked to do to much and getting no help and also no extra pay for it, they don't listen when there is a complaint, it gets swept under the rug, it doesn't do any good to go to HR, HR does not keep employees name confidential when there is a complaint filed, I'll stop with this, it give you an idea and a warning, I can go on and on.
