Pros

-Major career growth opportunity and development with managerial expectations on establishing this development. -Killer benefits -Happy, friendly environment -Non-profit founded by women -Religion is not an issue as they accept all people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Very diverse employee pool -Major employee appreciation and they fight to keep their caregivers.

Cons

Healthcare is booming so some departments can be understaffed, there is a lot of hiring occurring though to make up for this. Not good for people who fear change.

Pros

Providence is very caring about its employees and patients. The strong mission and history that supports staying on course in a complex and ever-changing world.

Cons

Challenging if you are averse to change. Lots of opportunity to work a little too much if you let yourself.

Pros

The company does have good job security. Throughout my time with this company, I have never been involved in a layoff.

Cons

The pay scale is below market value. They seems to be better opportunities elsewhere.
