      Pros

      Solid work and life balance. Managing staff are very caring and understanding. Colleagues are down to earth, but nevertheless, superb clinicians. Great working culture.

      Cons

      Workload could get overwhelming. Pay is much lower than most companies.

      Pros

      I liked working at Covenant. I worked there 20 years. My last position was in the cashiering department in the Business Office. After we took on 5 St. Joseph of Orange hospitals plus all the ones we were already posting for, it was a bit overwhelming, and when I was offered the retirement package after training 5 new employees to take my place I took the package.

      Cons

      Before I decided to take the package they would not hire help. I guess it took five people to take my place.
