Great Company, not without its faults though

Pros

Great "family" atmosphere between coworkers. When working on different shifts you become very close and learn how to all work as one team.

Cons

Like most larger companies, there is always communication issues from the top down. There were plenty of times that workers felt that their voices weren't heard when changes were being made. Trying to get the most work out of the least amount of employees as possible made it a very stressful time for a while.

Cons

They do not care about their residents, allow long term staff to lie and create hostile work environment for new staff and allow verbal abuse and neglect to residents from long term staff do not care about the mission (can only speak for elderplace cully NE PORTLAND)
