Pros

Overall a great company to work for. If you enjoy the department you are in and tend to get along with everyone, it's an enjoyable experience.

Cons

As with every company, there are always politics that hinder some of your duties. Executives need to be more aware of director level or managerial level personnel as far as their true performance and actual contributions to the organization.

Pros

I enjoyed having the freedom to work from home as well as in the field. They try to live up to their Mission Statement and although I was laid off after my Department was closed they have tried to help in my transition with outside Career Services.

Cons

I often had out dated computers and my work station was constantly being moved around. I didn't mind so much however as I worked from home using Citrix.
