Pros
Came to Providence because of the Mission, Heritage and Core Values. Have met and collaborated with so many great people and personally have had some of the greatest managers to work with over the past 8 years. Have been provided with the opportunity to travel for work and believe we have great benefits (especially coming from 15+ years working for non-profits). Also, built great relationships and been promoted from within.
Cons
Many outstanding key leaders who lived out the Providence Mission are no longer a part of the organization. Been challenging with much change throughout the organization.
