Pros

Good benefits, average pay, good company morals, expanding hospital branch. Committed to employees, good mission statement and morals. Difficult to achieve upward mobility on internal transfers.

Cons

Pay is competitive. Difficult to achieve a promotion. Benefits are good if you work full time. If you are per diem you are basically on your own. Overall management of company finances and priorities has seemed questionable.

Pros

Casual work environment and very nice coworkers. They don't seem to grind the IT people with excessive hours like many companies. Made to feel IT is appreciated.

Cons

Lots of layers of management, growing pains with consolidation of IS services. Holidays come out of general PTO time. Work from home policies seem to be inconsistant and very limited.
