Pros

They will use most latest technologies so there is a good learning scope. Lots of benifits such as we can claim bills for mobile, internet and many more. Insurance for dependent parents. Good perks and hike also compared other companies.

Cons

The only thing is it's not hybrid model. WFO completely.

Pros

Benefits are good. However the company lacks vision and HR team is extremely incompetent

Cons

You will eventually realise that the company is a factory of clones. Most Sr. management folks have been hired from one company - Microsoft. This has led to a clan culture within the company. Friends and friends of friends get good roles, career growth opportunities etc. Outside views are outrightly rejected. And this unfortunately is all HR's doing. There has never been a strong HR voice to push some of these unfair hiring practices. Systems, processes and policies are tweaked pretty often to serve interests of people closer to management. Caregivers in Hyderabad absolutely don't trust HR organization and rightly so...
