Pros

philantropic core values; lots of dedicated health care team line workers (RNs, RTs, etc.)

Cons

politics and neppitism; peoples' egos and status-quo over patient care. Core values only applicable to line-staff if mgr wants to 'write-up" or down-grade performance. Higher management and HR supporting back-stabbing, bullying culture.

Pros

Most co-workers are doing the best they can

Cons

Management is incompetent and not up to the challenge of implementing and IT solution. They seem to be un-knowledgeable about Software development. Quality of missing and staff is extremely over worked! Good managers are terminated or moved to other areas as the currently management does not want to look bad.
