Pros

1. Benefits 2. A lot of time 3. Networking 4. Hear about those excited all are. 5. Approachable Senior Leadership

Cons

1. Most of the mid management are first time managers transitioning from IC roles into manager roles. The transition however stays just on paper. In reality they are far distanced from the nuances a manager needs to learn while in dealing with people. They are ill-quipped to handle their own priorities, let alone handle the priorities of the team. 2. The ecosystem encourages meaningless conversation around the personal life of the employees. The manager, the leader seem extremely interested in the what all's of the personal life of the employee. 3. Performance and feedback management is a farce 4. No processess around the delivery ecosystem. There is no code review, no testing, no design whatsoever.

Pros

Benefits. Insurance coverage. Office infrastructure.

Cons

Perfect company for freshers and senior managers and above. Internal politics at its peak. Toxic work culture. No technical growth. No work.
