Pros

Most the Rank and File are friendly enough Certain solidarity in trying times A paycheck Used to be much more family oriented with employees, since becoming Health and Services...not so much

Cons

Executives will blow smoke up your backside talking about how the economy is creating all these "challenges" and how we need to be better stewards, sacrifice, all that typical stuff. Yet, when you find that a CEO in the organization can go from "earning" appx 3 million in 2010 then makes $6 million the next year, where's the sacrifice? Oh, it must be in the tried and true ransacking of the employee's medical benefits and salaries.

Pros

It used to be a good place to work but has seriously gone downhill in recent years.

Cons

Incredibly understaffed, company has really gone downhill in the last few years. Pay is no longer competitive for most positions. No room for advancement unless your in specific locations. Huge disconnect in all levels of management...

Pros

Decent benefits. Stead growth of the business.

Cons

As a catholic hospital that claims to care about it's employees and patients, it has focused way to much on growth and profit. Which comes across as a lie when they claim to be a non-profit Humanitarian organization. They under pay most employees and say deal with it , the times are hard. Then pay execs more than what other Organizations do. Then make a fuss when the nurses strike because of poor treatment and low pay. They are growing to fast without concern for the finer details of running hospitals.
