As DIG spins off its products by creating a new company. * You have the chance to stay in DIG or move to the new company. * Good balance between work and life. I had a positive experience compared with Amazon. * Unlimited PTOs * It has a flexible policy to work from home or office. * It has a big focus on social and community support. * Because it is a non-profit org, they have benefits to apply for work visas.
