Digital Innovation: Worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Surrounded by some great teammates with great heart and great smarts

Cons

It's a command and control environment where the core product and tech leaders play favorites and manage people out (either through layoffs or take work away from those who disagree with them). They say they're agile and that they practice scrum, but they'll drive you through death marches with every release. All this amounts to very little innovation and an environment where fear, intimidation, and even retribution rule. It's that toxic, and the leadership team is fully aware and has promoted these individuals to run product and engineering.

Pros

Used to be good benefits. Decent pay. Etc.

Cons

Changed benefit structure and TOOK BENEFITS AWAY from positions where people used to have them. Including taking away eligibility for paid parental leave.
