Pros

If you are a self starter and learn by getting talked to directly by the doctors regarding scheduling, then you will be able to learn the ropes yourself.

Cons

There is no training available, your manager will not talk to you unless they see something wrong, and the increase in pay I received was 16ce

Pros

Most of senior leadership is caring and competent. Comparatively high salaries at higher levels of the organization

Cons

Executives are in meetings 99% of the day with no time to actually perform work. Organizational compensation structure is extraordinarily top-heavy. Getting anything done takes an incredibly long time.
