      Currently ~ work with some of the kindest, most generous, intelligent and innovative people

      Cons

      They are in process of outsourcing their HR, Payroll, AP, IS departments, for starters, to offshore "employees" and everyone's sensitive personal information will be available to these "employees"

      Decent benefits. Flexible hours depending on role.

      Cons

      Too many changes with corporate reorganization, change management is basically non-existent. Terrible communication from top down. Upper management personnel are incompetent. Extremely high turnover rate. Salary lower than local healthcare-system competitors in Southern California.

      You can bring your dog to work Sometimes there will be leftover food from lunch Benefits are good

      Massive amounts of work are piled on you for very little pay Expectation is that everything is done to absolute perfection despite workload and complexity of tasks and if it isn’t, you are made to feel terrible about your errors and threatened with termination Favoritism and nepotism is very common and evident. Some colleagues in other locations get special and preferential treatment, including partners of other employees who are considered “favorites” Supervisor is incompetent, narcissistic, and gets vindictive if you question her or inform her things are not going well.
