Pros

The auditors were amazing and helping you learn your job the dudes and adults when it came to coding emergency coding

Cons

There was never enough work for all of the coders that we had. I wish they did not merge or gain a partnership with R1. Because now a lot of people are stressed out over their jobs that they may not have a job in the contract that they had where coders could be there for a year and their positions were guaranteed for a year came out not to be true. Now R1 has an investor that bought them out and the investor is coming in at the beginning of the year and the investor is going to be laying a lot of people off so it’s going to be a lot of job losses and that’s sad.
