Thanks for the feedback We do have two main businesses, one in NZ and one in the USA. That said, we are one company that often leverage each other’s resources. This is a great way for our teams to get experience working for international clients but most of the business is services by resources located in country, so there really isn’t a formal notion of a “main hub” Thanks again

Pros

Great opportunities, guidance, support, and willingness to give their employees the freedom to try new solutions. Provoke prides itself on being a disruptor in the market - I've found that this included the different consulting engagements that were very new and fresh that demanded I change my mindset and adapt multiple times. That amount of context switching and introductions to different parts and needs of the industry has been an invaluable and enriching experience in my career.

Cons

Like many services companies, there can be a high priority on projects and billables, but this is less of a con and more of an expectation for the industry.

Pros

Owned and operated by private investment firm Bridgewest Group. They brought in a visionary CEO that recently started in February 2021. The change in leadership has brought a renewed focus to the business where employees are challenged to think outside the box. Andy Lin is a rare CEO that encourages professional (and personal growth). Exciting times as Provoke is on the right path for long-term growth in the US and NZ!

Cons

The company is in high growth mode which may require you to wear multiple hats. This may be a con for people that are specialists, one-dimensional or comfortable with the status quo
