Excellent management, strong strategic plan, good people to work with
Pros
I like the people I'm working with, both management and colleagues; I can work from home and set my own hours. My group is a managed service, so we don't come under the 6-months-off rule, but for groups that do, I've seen the company take great pains to keep people working during the 6 months off. The company provides marketing, engineering, and writing and editing services as well as software sales, which provides a good base for maintaining growth and giving employees opportunities for opportunity and variety in their work. For those who work in the office, the South Seattle location means it's an easy shot across I-90, then south. The traffic going north is horrendous!

Inquired about a raise some months ago; haven't heard a response. (Haven't followed up either.)
