Pros

Variety of clients, some colleagues care about your development and growth.

Cons

Disorganized at senior level of leadership. Toxic culture - heavy on the “play” part with pressure to socialize heavily. Additionally, people will step on each other to get to the next level. Heavy favoritism. Some tenured employees who have worked hard and had results have been put on “garden leave” without the chance to say goodbye to the team. Little value for tenured employees. Haphazardly growing with no defined plan for growth.

- PTO policy - utilization dependent on workload though - Network of ex-proxima ppl

Cons

- Does lot of furloughs - Have low diversity and relatively few people with the strong STEM background and bent of mind - US business growth has face challenges

- flexible working - collaborative environment - friendly coworkers - inclusive employer with DEI commitment signed off on by CEO - fun social events, as well as wellness, charity, and DEI focused events - merit-based culture: you are truly in control of your destiny at Proxima!

Cons

- learning-curve in ways of working post-Bain acquisition, as to be expected - ebbs and flows of consulting, as is typical of the industry
