Collaborative culture, supportive environment, exciting and current engagements that are fast paced.

Cons

Rat race culture despite stressing that it isn’t. Culture is a little cult-like. Performance and promotion definitely takes into account involvement in wider business activities as well as performance alone (more so than suggested). Not competitive pay for industry.
