Prudential can be a great place to work. Most of the people I encountered had been at Prudential for 20 to 30 years. Senior Leadership attempts to be very customer and employee focused.
Cons
Many of the people at Prudential are change resistant. Management doesn't necessarily do a great job of carrying out leadership's visions.
Good benefits, plenty of training opportunities and average salary. Most of managers are always being supportive and approachable. The work is challenging and requires high detail orientation.
Cons
Typical corporate politics. Some people in the group stay for long so it makes harder for younger employees to get promoted to senior/management level.
The new managers need to train on their people skills.
