Supportive Leadership Team, Policies and Procedures outline most tasks but still allow for you to improve & innovate, Engaged ownership and leadership team, believes in developing/ internal promotion, company is people centric - genuinely care about the people within the organization. New benefits added most years & growth focused. Financially sound & stable. Believes in taking care of the customer, highly ethical.

Cons

Management positions in plant have a lot of responsibilities so you have to be a good multitasker, not a con just where I see people struggle at times.
